STEAM DESIGN 101 - HOW NOT TO DESIGN A STEAM SYSTEM
July 12, 2018
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch
220 Bush Street
San Francisco, CA 94104
Brought to you by the GG ASHRAE YEA

Hi all!

Join us on the evening of Thursday July 12th where we will discuss a beginners guide to steam design. We will focus on common mistakes made throughout the industry by installing contractors, designers and manufacturers with steam system design. It highlights common poor practices that have been duplicated from years past and covers good practices in steam system design moving forward. It also covers issues that can arise from improper steam system design. With system design we review steam velocities, near boiler piping, steam header piping, proper header design, impact of condensate on the system, proper condensate system piping and design and proper boiler sizing.

Food and adult beverages will be provided.

Please arrive by 6PM for socializing and networking. Our hour long presentation will be starting at 6:30 PM.

Please use the 220 Bush Street entrance to enter the building. A big thanks to Mazzetti for offering to host our YEA evening seminar.
