Refunds are available with 24-hour advance notice. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. Those who register and plan to pay by check or cash at the door will be asked for payment unless cancellation notice is provided no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. This cancellation policy is necessary because the chapter must pay for the meals even if registrants do not attend. Thank you for your understanding.
